The current development journey lets individual owners record or import transactions, review cumulative figures and test submissions in HMRC’s sandbox. It cannot file live tax updates.
You keep the advisory work
ClearMTD’s current scope is in-year records and quarterly updates. It does not provide Final Declaration or a complete year-end tax return; clients will need suitable support and software for those steps.

Published pricing is £7.50/month or £65/year. Public registration remains closed; joining the waitlist does not start a subscription.

Common questions from practices
Can I see my clients' submissions?
The agent dashboard is in development. Join the accountant waitlist for launch updates; live submissions on behalf of clients are not currently available.
What if my clients make mistakes?
The development journey retains corrections to source records and recalculates cumulative figures for review. Clients should correct their underlying records; ClearMTD does not currently offer live submissions or year-end filing.
Is there a referral programme?
A public referral programme is not available. Join the accountant waitlist for updates; no referral earnings are promised.
Why not just use Xero or QuickBooks?
Choose software that supports each client’s actual requirements and is available for their filing obligations. ClearMTD is still in development and cannot currently replace live filing software.
