Common questions from practices

Can I see my clients' submissions?

Yes. Register as an agent and your clients will be linked to your account. You can view their businesses, obligations, and submissions from your agent dashboard — and submit to HMRC on their behalf.

What if my clients make mistakes?

Quarterly updates are summary-level data only — income and expense totals. The detailed adjustments happen at the EOPS and Final Declaration stage, which is where your expertise comes in. Quarterly errors can be corrected at year-end.

Is there a referral programme?

Yes. Agents earn 20% revenue share on every client subscription — that's £1.50/month per client on the monthly plan, or £1.08/month on the annual plan. Register as an agent to get started.

Why not just use Xero or QuickBooks?
